Charles
E. Newdorf
President
Charlie oversees all activities
within the firm and focuses his
attention on working directly with
clients on value building activities
or the sale of their company. He
utilizes 30 years of extensive business
experience working with over 200
different companies to help clients
reach their personal and professional
goals. He is also a principal in
a management consulting firm that
works with distressed companies
to help them reorganize their operational,
financial and management activities.
He has frequently worked in a consulting,
CFO or general management capacity
in assisting client companies to
renew and grow their businesses
and he has been involved in numerous
business valuations and sales negotiations.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting, summa cum
laude from Bentley College. He has
also completed more than dozen graduate
level courses in the areas of finance,
taxation and business administration.
Gary
Austin
Gary is responsible for the transaction
services related to the merger and
acquisition advisory engagements
for the firm's privately held business
clients. He works directly with
business owners to assist with decisions
related to the sale of their business,
preparation of a comprehensive offering
memorandum, formulation of a marketing
plan, interview and qualification
of potential buyers, offer evaluation,
and facilitation of the sale closing
process. Prior to joining RE Pinard
& Co., Gary worked for more than
25 years in the banking industry
with extensive experience in business
consultation/relationship management.
For the previous eight years he
worked in the special asset group
of a large, super regional bank,
managing a portfolio of problem,
middle market loan relationships.
His prior banking experience included
various lending positions related
to C&I lending, Asset-Based lending,
and Small Business lending. Gary
holds a MBA in Finance and Management
Information Systems from Southern
New Hampshire University and a BS
in Math and Economics from the University
of New Hampshire.
Kathi
Hubbard
Kathi is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
She is also involved with business
valuations, financial plans, business
models and miscellaneous financial
analyses. Her background is in operational
and analytical accounting applications
in a wide variety of industries,
primarily with privately held companies.
She is a member of NACVA (National
Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts) and holds a Master of
Science degree in Accounting from
Southern New Hampshire University.
Marie
Mullen
Marie is the firm's financial specialist,
involved in all aspects of business
valuations, financial plans, business
models, miscellaneous financial
analyses and financial presentations
for narrative memorandums. Her background
is in operational and analytical
accounting applications in a wide
variety of industries, primarily
with publicly held companies. Marie
also directs various fact-finding
functions to gather information
on client companies regarding their
financial matters. She holds a Master
of Business Administration from
the University of New Hampshire
and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting
from Assumption College.
